Senior Open 2011 - Phoenix, AZ

All - this year the Senior Open for International Trap will be held at the Ben Avery Clay Target Center, in Phoenix, 21 - 23 Oct! I ask everyone's help with getting the word out. Entries limited to 30 shooters. New this year, the range is providing flankers for the Prelim and Senior Open events, so we will need only one "Ref" per squad to officiate the following round. We hope this adds to the ambiance and efficiency of the match. If you would like an entry form, please email me at brantleymd @ earthlink.net (remove the extra spaces on either side of the @ symbol) Please use Senior Open in the subject line so I can pull them from my spam folder. Another Senior Open in the books. Congratulations to Dave Senter for successfully defending his title!!! I can't say enough about the Ben Avery Clay Target Center in Phoenix, the staff and the bunker. It is a wonderful place to shoot. We were fortunate to test the new White Flyer "Orange Crush" Flash Targets in each of our three Class Finals rounds. They fed beautifully in the Pro Matic machines without any adjustments. Very little difference in the flight pattern and they certainly went the distance! Look for the full article in USAS Quick Shots in one of the coming issues.
